Bundesallee 215, Berlin
A modern residential and commercial building has been constructed on one of the last available plots near Kurfürstendamm in Berlin’s Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf district. The building comprises seven floors and an underground garage. The lower two floors of the quiet rear building contain spacious office areas, while 18 apartments with areas between 20 and 100 square meters have been planned above. isorocket® permanent scaffolding anchors were used to provide lasting protection for the modular exterior façade.
The absolute highlight: for the first time in this project, isorocket® permanent scaffolding anchors are permanently planned and installed in the timber frame, so that the scaffolding and façade can be erected immediately after the walls have been built. An immense time saving for all trades involved thanks to efficient planning, which should really “set a precedent”.
