System components

No other permanent anchor has been so consistently thought through and, as a permanent anchor, takes the long-term protection of the façade into account. Damage to the wall structure, which is often caused by the removal of bent conventional scaffolding screws, is effectively avoided right from the initial installation. However, the real highlight of the permanent scaffolding anchor becomes apparent when scaffolding is erected at a later date (e.g. when renovating): the permanent anchor points can be easily reused. Opening and the associated renewed damage to the façade is completely ruled out. This is made possible by the patented component structure of the isorocket® permanent scaffolding anchor.

rocketbase

The precisely dimensioned rocketbase load distribution plates are matched both to the respective substrate (concrete or masonry) and to the desired subsequent construction thickness. Made of high-strength, galvanized steel, the rocketbase is wetted with rocketglue composite adhesive on the wall side for bubble-free installation and mounted on the wall former. This ensures 100% force transfer to the respective substrate and maximum force absorption for significantly fewer fixing points than the market has seen to date. The rocketbase is perfectly mounted using the rocketkey mounting key, which is part of our mounting sets.

rocketplug

With the rocketplug, we supply you with various approved fasteners for wall formers made of cracked and non-cracked concrete or masonry (solid brick) in accordance with DIN 4426 for anchoring the rocketbase load distribution plate in the respective substrate. For temporary scaffolding anchoring in accordance with DIN EN 12811-1:2004-03 (Temporary structures for buildings – Part 1: Working scaffolding), we supply you with the appropriate nylon anchors in proven quality, which scaffolders are familiar with from their daily work.

rocketbody

The rocketbody anchor body is the heart of the isorocket® permanent scaffold anchor. It is made of glass fiber-reinforced plastic and is mounted on the rocketbase load distribution plate and firmly tightened with the rocketkey installation wrench. Thanks to its cylindrical shape, the rocketbody enables easy and gapless insulation material processing, which is further supported by the self-cutting load distribution plates. The screw channel, which is adapted to the respective installation thickness (Mini, Midi, Maxi, Mega), is the only permanent anchor with a special attachment and mounting point for the installation of a joint sealing tape, which is required in all ETICS approvals for corresponding installations. The long plastic neck (“swan neck”) makes it possible to create a perfect connection for the reinforcement and finishing plaster work at any time. When the scaffolding is dismantled, the protruding part of the anchor body is cut to façade level using the special rocketcutter. In this way, the rocketbody is flush with the façade despite any unevenness in the substrate.

rocketbolt

The eyebolt rocketbolt is screwed into the anchor body rocketbody for professional anchoring of the scaffolding. Thanks to the long screw channel (“swan neck”), the screw does not come into direct contact with the ETIC system or its reinforcement or finishing render at any stage of the façade construction. This strict separation of components prevents the plaster from flaking off when the eyebolt is removed and ensures a clean connection. Manufactured from special steel with a diameter of 18 mm, the rocketbolt eyebolt stands out from other screws that are often only 12 mm thick. This 50% thicker screw ensures significantly better stability and minimal bending in the screw connection under the lateral load specified for DIN 4426 and reduces the number of anchor points to be installed within a façade surface.

rocketseal

With the special rocketseal thermal bridge-free closure, the screw channel is sealed perfectly and permanently by removing the scaffolding and cutting the rocketbody anchor body to length. The rocketseal is not only a closure, but also has a screw connection to the rocketbody that can be opened and closed again and again. Its design divides the screw channel into various air chambers, one behind the other, to ensure that there are no thermal bridges. The head point has a stainless steel insert to hold an Allen key for the respective assembly step, which effectively prevents “chewing over” even if the anchor points are not opened for a long time. Not just any “plug”, but well thought-out quality in a perfect design, made of high-quality plastic that can be “dabbed over” with all standard façade paints. When scaffolding is refitted, the special fastener is simply unscrewed and the isorocket® permanent scaffolding anchor is ready to go again.
