Approved system for all common wall structures

isorocket® permanent scaffold anchors are the only anchoring system that can be used for ETICS facades as well as curtain walls and double-skin masonry in the same system. Depending on the substrate (masonry or concrete) and the thickness of the structure, only the type of load distribution plate rocketbase and the size variant of the anchor body rocketbody change. The eye bolt rocketbolt, for example, can be used universally for any permanent anchor version. Furthermore, when using isorocket® permanent scaffolding anchors, you can always be sure that a fully approved anchoring system is being used – regardless of the type of façade. The requirements of DIN 4426 are met in full, including masonry integration.

Below we show the different installation situations for the various wall structures in detail.

VHF

ETICS facade

Installation situation for the construction of an ETICS façade on a concrete substrate (round load distribution plate). The sketches show the condition of the initial installation with eyebolt (rocketbolt) and the cut-to-length anchor body with sealing plug (rocketseal) after completion of the façade.

ETICS wall structure (with anchor screw)

Wall structure ETICS (deflected anchor body)

VHF façade (ventilated rainscreen façade)

Installation situation for the construction of a curtain wall on a concrete substrate (round load distribution plate). The sketches show the initial installation with eyebolt (rocketbolt) and the cut-to-length anchor body with sealing plug (rocketseal) after completion of the façade.

Wall structure VHF (with anchor screw)

Wall structure VHF (deflected anchor body)

2-shell masonry

Installation situation for the construction of a 2-shell masonry on a concrete substrate (round load distribution plate). The sketches show the initial installation with eyebolt (rocketbolt) and the cut-to-length anchor body with sealing plug (rocketseal) after completion of the façade.
