Emstek/Hanover. A great honor for Wessendorf Systembeschichtungen from Emstek: Managing Director Franz Wessendorf and project partners accepted the prize from the Lower Saxony Innovation Network in Hanover from the hands of Lower Saxony’s Economics Minister Olaf Lies. The company received the award for its new isorocket® façade scaffolding anchorage. The scaffolding anchor remains permanently in the façade and ensures that the trades involved can work independently. “This means that the follow-up costs for renovations and extensions can be reduced in the interests of the customer,” said the Minister of Economic Affairs in his laudatory speech. The innovation is also thanks to the networking with other companies arranged by the Oldenburger Münsterland Transfer Center. These include Merkutec from Dinklage and Irmler from Drebber as well as the Private University of Applied Sciences for Business and Technology (Vechta).

As a patented permanent anchor system, isorocket® provides answers to everyday recurring problem situations in façade construction (ETICS, VHF, double-skin masonry). It enables secure anchoring of the scaffolding thanks to perfectly designed force transmission, maximum force absorption per assembly point for both smaller and larger assembly thicknesses and multiple reassignment of the anchor points without abrasion and wear. In addition, isorocket® offers ideal processing options for all trades involved. This means that the permanent anchor guarantees lasting façade protection right from the start. isorocket® guarantees one hundred percent load transfer into the wall formers, clean plaster connections and can be applied with a joint sealing tape, as required by all approvals for external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS) on the market. Time-consuming repair work, which is common when using conventional scaffolding screws, is reduced to a minimum. In addition, isorocket® ensures that the screw channel is cut to the exact length required for the façade at each anchor point and that the sealing plug system is free of thermal bridges.

isorocket® complies with DIN 4426 and has been registered with the DIBT for building authority approval for concrete and masonry. The innovative permanent anchor system is set to become the standard for architects, planners, scaffolders, contractors and other trades involved in façade construction. The scaffolding anchor is available in four different sizes. The dimensions depend on the respective thickness (from 100-400 millimetres) of the ETICS system to be installed, the corresponding ETICS doubling or the curtain wall.
